Vistance approved a $1.50-per-share payment for November 6. The October 26 record date and November 9 ex-dividend date reflect a Nasdaq rule for distributions worth at least 25% of common stock value.

On October 14, 2026, Vistance Networks' board approved a special cash distribution of $1.50 per share. Payment is scheduled for November 6 to stockholders of record at the close of trading on October 26. An eligible holder with 100 shares would receive $150 before taxes. The company's SEC filing identifies Vistance as a Nasdaq-listed company trading under the ticker VISN.

The ex-dividend date is November 9, the first business day after payment. Under Nasdaq Rule 11140(b)(2), that date falls after payment when a special distribution is worth at least 25% of the company's common stock value. That flips the usual sequence, in which the ex-dividend date comes before payment.

An earlier Growthpoint dividend report covered a 7.4% increase in a fiscal-year distribution. Vistance's notice concerns a special cash payment. After the November distribution, the company expects its special payments for 2026 to total $16.50 per share. President and CEO Chuck Treadway announced that annual total. The board called the November payment special but set no future payout schedule.

Vistance plans to use available cash to fund the payment, including proceeds from the sale of its Ruckus Networks business. That sale closed on July 1, 2026. The company's announcement, republished by Light Reading, also names sale proceeds as part of the funding. Vistance expects the payment to be treated primarily as a return of capital for U.S. shareholders. The company is continuing its share repurchase program.

An ex-dividend date marks when a stock trades without the announced distribution attached. For Vistance, Nasdaq's rule sets that date at November 9, after the November 6 payment.
