Editorial Team

The Financial Sumo team includes editors, writers, researchers and contributors focused on finance, financial products, consumer money and market-facing reporting.

Editorial leadership. Financial Sumo operates under a newsroom-style editorial structure, with Jason serving as the public face connected with the current return of the publication and the wider editorial work produced under the Financial Sumo brand.

Writers and contributors. Contributors focus on investing, banking, product reviews, personal finance, insurance, tax workflows, retirement and household economy coverage. Their work moves through editorial review before publication.

How the team works. Writers research and draft, editors review structure and claims, high-risk finance topics receive additional scrutiny and commercial content is kept separate from independent editorial work.
